I post my food log on the Tops Thanksgiving challenge thread too, but having one more wont hurt

Breakfast-
Mcdonalds egg Mcmuffin (no ham)

Lunch- tunafish sandwich on Lite ww bread and 100 calorie cheezit snack pack

Supper-
mexican chicken , refried beans, and salad

no eating after 6:00pm
