Hi all! i'm new here as of Monday! I stumbled on the site through an advertising forum that I frequent and so far I love the site! I have my weight tracker and I think that will keep me accountable for making sure that I keep up with myself! I have been working out at the YMCA near me for a couple of weeks but I need to be more consistant about it. I also need to eat less! That is a big problem for me. I have to keep reminding myself to stop when I feel satisfied. But I (like most) was raised to "eat what's on your plate." I have to get out of that mindset and quick! I can't wait to meet all of you!!
