GOALS FOR WEEK OF JUNE 19TH
EXERCISE 5X ACHIEVED
USE MY SPREADSHEET (that seemed to work well, I got a lot more knitting and self-care done) NO, BUT DID THE STUFF ANYWAY
PLAN MEALS/SHOPPING ACHIEVED

GOALS FOR WEEK OF JUNE 26TH (aim - minimise sleep-deprivation gob-stuffing)
1. EXERCISE 5X
2. NO SECONDS
3. NO 'EXTRAS' WITH LUNCH
3. ONLY 1 TAKEAWAY

1. Drink lots and lots of water in this heat.
2. Go to the gym 4X
3. No snacking after 8 pm
