I hope it's alright to keep starting the goals thread, it just helps me so much to be 'accountable' and have it clear in my mind what I'm trying for this next few days.
LAST WEEK'S GOALS
- fill out my spreadsheet and do more knitting and 'me time' than last week more knitting/me time but only filled out chart 5/7
- record glasses of wine on spreadsheet no, but have plan for this week
- exercise X5ACHIEVED
- drink 6 glasses water every day ACHIEVED
GOALS FOR WEEK OF JUNE 5TH
Include AFDs (alcohol free days) on spreadsheet. Aim for 3
exercise X 5
drink 6 glasses water (is this getting monotonous?)
Plan meals and grocery shopping instead of winging it
