Elisa...I'm sure most of your weight gain is water. Chinese food is loaded with sodium! I usually can't get my rings off the morning after I eat Chinese food.
I'm doing well with my exercise. I've been running a lot more lately. I usually go to a running trail about 10 mins. from the house. It's .6 of a mile (1 K). At the end of last year, I'd worked up to two full laps. Then winter hit and it was too cold and I "mysteriously"

gained 40 pounds in six months. So, I'm working my way back up in mileage again. I ran almost an entire lap last night. Either way, I always warm up with a walk around the track and I always cool down with a walk on the trail, so I always get in 1.5 miles.
I see you guys keep track of mileage. Is that from the beginning of the year?
