Well,
I did run 3 times and I did the elliptical twice.
I did abs twice (and the only reason I did them at all was because I put them on this goal list!)
Water...probably ok.....Very close if not even over.
Food was awful this week! Too much fast food
, finishing the kids' food
, sweets for no good reason other than that they were there!
Sigh. I think I know my goal for next week!
