Tuesday 8/3

(Trying to eat closer to 2000 calories today for a change of pace...)
Edited to add that it didn't, er, work out quite as healthy as I'd planned...

Breakfast
32 oz smoothie at Smoothie King (530 calories)

Lunch
Chicken teriyaki on wheat from Subway (400 calories)
Baked Lays (150 calories)

Snack
1 oz peanuts (170 calories)

Dinner
Huge movie theatre salted pretzel (500 calories?)
Bowl of "no sugar added" ice cream (180 calories)

And I'm too lazy to add but I think it was close to my goal. I'm not sure what to do, I've had dismal losses the last couple of weeks eating 1400-1600 calories, and maybe it's too low for my weight? Who knows! It's all a mystery...

Scuttle - 1400-1600 calories does sound low, but I'm no expert. I have not calculated mine yet like I mentioned doing after returning from vacation in July. July was a nutty month for me and August looks to be the same. Maybe September!?!

wednesday 8/4

exercise
50 min weights, abs
20 min bike
30 min tennis

breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
blueberries = .5
peach = 1
hb egg = 2

lunch
salad = 0
lf parm = 1
chicken = 2

snack
hot choc = 3

dinner
pasta = 8
corn = 1

snack
banana = 2

daily total = 23

Wednesday 8/4

Breakfast
English muffin, veggie breakfast patty, 1/3 cup egg beaters, 2% cheese slice, parkay light (375 calories)

Snack
20 oz smoothie at Planet Smoothie (325 calories)

Lunch
McDonald's grilled chicken, light on the mayo (400)
Medium french fries (350)

Dinner
Lean Cuisine sweet&sour chicken (300)
1 1/2 cup "no sugar" ice cream (375)

It was right around 2000 calories until I ate even more ice cream, and now a bit over. Oops! Assuming I'm not starving tomorrow I'll eat less to mix it up. OH! And I walked for, er, 15 minutes. It was a little less than a mile to the store and back, at work, but I walked instead of drove.

Last edited by Scuttle; 08-05-2004 at 06:08 AM. Reason: Added a bit more ice cream

Thursday 8/5

(I wasn't going to put this down and you know, I might've munched on something I forgot. But there it is, in the interest of full disclosure. I know exactly why it happened too -- feeling sick, up the pound I'd gained over the past two weeks for no reason until this day, stressed at work.)

Breakfast
Oatmeal
Veggie breakfast patty

Snack
5 Twix miniatures
1 thing of Rolos

Lunch
Healthy Choice meal (chicken and shrimp creole)
1 oz pretzels

Snack
4 Twix miniatures

Dinner
Double quarter pounder with cheese
Medium fries

Snack
1.5 cup sugar free ice cream
1/2 oz peanuts
