Hi Rabbit. I thought I'd try to get back to journaling again now that I started back at the gym today after a couple months off. Long story short -- hurt my back then had tonsillectomy and sinus roto-rooter. The good news is I lost 6 lbs after the surgery the bad news is that most of it is back.

MONDAY
EXERCISE:
90 minutes golfing lessons

BREAKFAST:
yogurt -2
banana -2
oj -2

LUNCH:
ham sandwich -7
potato salad -6
cheetos -4
water
granola bar -2

DINNER:
pork chop -3
stuffing m-4
cream corn -1
water
cup of ice cream -4

WEDNESDAY

Thanks Rabbit. I'm feeling all better or at least I was. Now my butt and abs are killing me from working out yesterday!! :lol: No gym today -- it's closed for Super Safety and Health Day. Go figure?!? We all complained. Instead I hope to go for a bike ride or rollerblading after work. The weather in FL is beautiful today.
