Hi Rabbit. I thought I'd try to get back to journaling again now that I started back at the gym today after a couple months off. Long story short -- hurt my back then had tonsillectomy and sinus roto-rooter. The good news is I lost 6 lbs after the surgery the bad news is that most of it is back. MONDAY EXERCISE: 90 minutes golfing lessons BREAKFAST: yogurt -2 banana -2 oj -2 LUNCH: ham sandwich -7 potato salad -6 cheetos -4 water granola bar -2 DINNER: pork chop -3 stuffing m-4 cream corn -1 water cup of ice cream -4 I guess I had better get back on track...37 pts TUESDAY EXERCISE: 30 min elliptical 30 min treadmill 10 min abs 5 min stretching BREAKFAST: banana -2 yogurt -2 water -0 LUNCH: ham sandwich -7 potato salad -4 chips -4 diet coke -0 granola bar -2 DINNER: salad - 5 chicken breast -3 corn -1 stuffing -3 ice cream -4 37 pts. |
Liz - WELCOME BACK!! Great to hear from you. Nice to have a fellower journaler. :) Hope you are feeling better after the surgeries and back problems.
tuesday 10/14/03 exercise 35 min cardio breakfast oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 lunch salad = 0 parmesan = 3 lean cuisine = 5 choc = 2 dinner pizza = 15 daily total = 27 week bank = 0 Reflections ~ sick today! Also struggling at the moment to stay in point ranges and not eat in front of tv. |
WEDNESDAY
Thanks Rabbit. I'm feeling all better or at least I was. Now my butt and abs are killing me from working out yesterday!! :lol: No gym today -- it's closed for Super Safety and Health Day. Go figure?!? We all complained. Instead I hope to go for a bike ride or rollerblading after work. The weather in FL is beautiful today. BREAKFAST: yogurt -2 banana -2 water -0 |

wednesday 10/15/03 exercise 45 min weights & abs 90 min tennis breakfast eggs = 4 bread = 1 lunch salad = 0 parmesan = 3 ms meringues = 7 dinner pasta = 5 sauce = 3 ms meringues = 6 daily total = 29 week bank = 0 reflections ~ Continuing to struggle! Thought about it on the way to tennis and called dh and had him throw out the remainder of the ms meringue cookies. whew. |

Not helping that I have candy in the house for a halloween party. |
