I'm starting to get used to it. :) |

exercise 40 min walk breakfast oatmeal = 2 milk = 3 brunch eggs = 4 potatoes = 2 sausage = 3 cheese = 2 dinner chilli = 4 salad = 0 chips = 4 brownie = 3 daily total = 27 week bank = 9 reflections ~ a little harder today to not snack in front of tv as dh bought chips & salsa, and crackers & cheese and he was eating those. :( |
