My food diary.
 
Breakfast:
2 pancakes, sugar free syrup and ice cream.

Lunch:
Cheese and ham sandwich with some hot chips.

Dinner:
Chicken, bacon and haloumi salad with a slice of garlic bread.

Dessert:
3 tim tams

Movement:
10k steps.

Positives of today, I stayed with in my calories and I didn't binge.
