So I just started my diet a few weeks ago and everything was going well but I made a stupid decision and I decided to go for a run and I've ended up injuring my foot. Now not only have I lost less weight than I wanted because I have been housebound but also I feel so much worse. It makes me feel old and fat and like I'm falling to bits
I do Youtube videos to track my progress and stuff and I've had to put a brave face on but I feel awful
