Hello!

  • Hello everyone! While technically not "new" here, I'm considering myself a newbie again as I haven't been active on this site since 2012. I did a lot to lose weight from 2010 - 2012, then I failed epically at maintaining. I am getting back on track, and since this community was such a big part of my success previously I'm considering 3FC part of my "track". I am looking forward to getting back into things, and being a part of this amazing group of people once again!
  • Welcome back! I've been a repeat returner myself. This site has always been a great tool. Unfortunately it's not nearly as busy as it has been when I was here in the past. Still making a habit of visiting often though.

  • I'm coming back today too! I've always found sites like this to be extremely helpful in my weight loss. I need some type of accountability and I'm not ready to join anything in person yet. I'm going for a weigh in tomorrow to get my official starting weight for this (hopefully my last) time. I'd like to lose a lot but I'm going to take my time with it this time. I want to get HEALTHY not just skinny!
