December Weight Loss: .6 lb gain overall, but I reached a new low weight of -1.2 lbs
  • Hey ladies, I haven't been here since summer. I feel off the wagon badly and gained 20 lbs, but restarted last month at 208 and am now down to 197.1. December is always a difficult time for me to keep the weight off with all the foods and alcohol, but I want to maintain at the very least and I will try to get down to 195.

  • Ok Im back again for more punishment....I mean loving myself HAHA. Sometime so forget which is which. I've been in the 230s since July. Im trying so hard to say goodbye to them but the winter has its challenges. I'm about to be 35 and I really want to get this weight off

    12/8=239.5___43.5%
12/9=239.1___43.3% I've been doing a lot of strength training so I am hoping that this is why the scale is being so resistant. I started an annoying HIIT program 3 wks ago. I increase the program by 1 rep on Monday. So I plan to take a quarter way through picture. Hopefully I can see some change or the scale resistance will just cont to make me sad.

  • This is my first daily weight thread in many years. I'm going to see how it goes this month. It's funny how much weight can fluctuate from day to day. I'm going to aim for 2 lb lost per week, so 8lbs in December! My official weigh in day on my WW app is Monday, so that's the only day that I change my ticker. Good luck to everyone!

  • Hi everyone! I'm back at 3FC after having baby #5- he is 3 weeks old today! I'm starting to watch my weight, trying to make healthy food choices and drink lots of water, but I'm not doing any exercise yet. Still healing from giving birth. I have no idea what to expect with this early post partum weight loss, I'm hoping that I'm still on the whoosh. I was 227.8 lbs the day I gave birth, and am down 30 lbs at 3 weeks postpartum! I have about 10 lbs to go to pre-pregnancy (with baby #5, that is) weight, but have another 60 lbs or so to get to my goal weight.

  • Last April I stopped gym-going and last weighed in at 147 lbs – but made it to 140lbs in late June without any tracking. Given that, I'd like to get back into "training mode" and be 140lbs by February and 135 lbs by June.

    Goals:
Pushup performance goal and get back in the habit of tracking.
    Gym for cardio 2x week

  • Happy Birthday, kiwi1222
Well, winter has come, and it feels like the month will be over before I know it, but I think we've all been doing well despite it being the holidays.
  • Well done to all reaching goals and working towards them ! There's nothing like reaching a goal or a milestone, to get even more inspired for the next one !
  • Thanks so much, circa. I'm trying to stay on track but I gotta say that not being able to weigh in everyday is diving me nuts bc I've gotten so used to it. Loving my time away from work and with my family but I need the scale accountability to keep me honest. I hope everybody is fairing well with holiday parties and happy hours etc.
