I'm committed to dropping all the weight I gained and reaching my "goal" weight now that my professional life is back on track. I'm hoping that as I lose weight, I'll regain some confidence and be able to "put myself back out there" in the dating scene.
I'm currently doing WW and just signed up for a new trial gym membership. I've lost 15lbs over the past month and just hit my first plateau (which is rather de-motivating

Great job on your loss so far. I know plateaus suck, but I try to think of them like practice maintenance.
I've never done WW myself, but I know a lot of people have had great success with it. Good luck at the gym. What kind of exercise program are you working on?
