That's great. I would love to lose something like 5 lbs a month. I kinda started with the gallon a day, but then the next day I was out and about and didn't want to have to keep using public restrooms so that failed, but today I'm back on it. Maybe I'll do better with consistency if I start fresh in June and make it a monthly goal.

I once read somewhere that people can gain even 10 lbs. I wouldn't mind the gains if half the time I didn't get stuck at period weight for an extra week after it's over.
