  • HEY HEY HEY. Where did everybody go? Come on guys! We started out strong for a week and now I feel like I am in this thread with just myself and circa83. Lets help support each other. Let shed some pounds this month. We've got a few weeks left so lets finish up strong
  • You guys seem to be making good progress this month. I can't even shake these pms pounds. It's frustrating how quick lbs come on and how stubborn they are when it comes to dropping them.
  • DOn't worry. Just keep at it. Easier said than done. I was in a plateau for all of the summer and its hard to stay motivated when there are no results or bad results. Keep pushing. You got this.
