My goal for this month is to lay off the wheat products as much as possible. I also want to hit 157 as a mini goal, just to say I lost an even 20 lbs this year.

I don't know what to do anymore except try fasting. 10/31: 161.2 Gained again and still can't beat 158. I think the same thing happened in August. Something drastic needs to happen. |

HEY HEY HEY. Where did everybody go? Come on guys! We started out strong for a week and now I feel like I am in this thread with just myself and circa83. Lets help support each other. Let shed some pounds this month. We've got a few weeks left so lets finish up strong :)

You guys seem to be making good progress this month. I can't even shake these pms pounds. It's frustrating how quick lbs come on and how stubborn they are when it comes to dropping them.

DOn't worry. Just keep at it. Easier said than done. I was in a plateau for all of the summer and its hard to stay motivated when there are no results or bad results. Keep pushing. You got this.
