You can do it! My husband and I have been dieting together (but separate diet plans) and where as we used to be enablers for each other, we are now the other's biggest supporter. It feels SO GOOD to make such a positive change TOGETHER.
I am doing Optifast and he is doing Calorie Counting.
Both started in April, I started with a goal of 100-120lbs to lose, and last week weighed in at 68lbs lost. He started with 40lbs to lose and last week weighed in with 27lbs lost. IT CAN BE DONE!
