My brother-in-law and future sister-in-law are getting married in May. I want to look the best i can. My goal is to be down in the 220's by then. It's a big goal of 75 lbs but I'm taking it one step at a time. My husband wants to lose about 40 lbs so he'll be dieting with me. we are both enablers so hopefully we can change that about ourselves as well.

You can do it! My husband and I have been dieting together (but separate diet plans) and where as we used to be enablers for each other, we are now the other's biggest supporter. It feels SO GOOD to make such a positive change TOGETHER.

I am doing Optifast and he is doing Calorie Counting.
Both started in April, I started with a goal of 100-120lbs to lose, and last week weighed in at 68lbs lost. He started with 40lbs to lose and last week weighed in with 27lbs lost. IT CAN BE DONE!
