My bf and i had a heart to heart yesterday and something he said has been inspiring me and keeping me going.
He told me he is eating well and working out so that he can be fit and healthy for me and we can have a long happy life together (he is 26 years older than me so its really important). He said he hopes i am doing my plan partly for him because i want to be there for him.
Now every time i feel i want something "bad" or to give up (which is a lot because i really struggle) i picture him smiling at me when i tell him ive done it and made my goal or when i finally walk out in a bikini next summer. I think of how proud we will be of each other and how what we are doing now is putting the foundations down for our life together.
My inspiration is my children, mostly. I want to be a good example of a woman at peace with herself and with food. I have four daughters, so feel the weight of responsibility heavily, haha.
