Yes. I even have an inch ticker, showing total inches (see below), which is the sum of chest + waist + belly + hips + 2 x (upper arms + thighs + calves). I track the changes every few weeks. A number of years back, I was at 125 (my goal weight) and I know my measurements from back then...which is how I set my goal measurements.
Considering just the primary ones:
Starting: 39.0-37.5-43.5
Current: 37.0-30.0-39.0
Goal/Prior: 34.0-26.0-36.0
Now, it is not my "goal" (as in my "desire") to have a 34" chest...but I just know that's going to happen when I lose weight. Not only will I be a 34, but I'll be a "A" cup
...guaranteed. The only way around that is to either not lose weight or get pregnant (and at 55, the latter is not likely!).
