Hi ladies, I'm jumping back in here. I am FINALLY in the 190s!! lol... it took six + wks for me to get there from 205 at new years. I've switched from weight watchers to calorie counting and its made huge difference. I dropped 3 lbs this past week. I was so happy! I'm riding a bike 30 min (6.5 miles) at least three times a week and doing basic dumb bell arm moves and sit ups 3 times a week. I'm trying to base my calories on my activity. 1200 being the lowest and 1550 being the highest. I need to stop weighing daily, it can be torture!

Hi gettingbackinmyjeans. We have very similar goals. I started at 204 and am getting to 165. This morning I weighed in at 191.8. So close to the 180's! I started my journey 3Jan.

Hey all! I'm hoping to be joining you ladies soon! I weighed in this evening at 203.6 I'm up a pound, since the last 2 weeks I haven't stayed even close to my plan. :( but I have faith that I'll drop these pounds in the next 2 weeks. So hope to see you then!

Well this week has been hard...I added an exercise plan on Sunday and have continued all week..but the irony is that I stopped losing weight this week too..go figure... Previously I was just dieting and not exercising, I was dropping weight a cpl pounds a week...this week I'm running and walking on the treadmill...I stalled...lost .5 lbs the had a gain if 2 lbs ...frustrating to say the least... But instead of getting down about the (insert expletive) scale...I tried on a pair of pants that I have never wore...a size 11/12 pants cut small ...I bought then from old navy with other 11/12s last year but those I couldn't close at all...today they went on easy and closed with room...that progress...and even tho the scale sucks big time...I know I am progressing....

it's official! I can join you guys but hopefully not for too long! I weighed in today at 198.8 11 lbs down and counting :) I'm hoping to be here a month max before I hit the 180s. ::fingers crossed::

weighed in this am at 190.0! I thought I had beat the 190's. The scale even stopped for just a second on 189.8 lol I'm down a total of 14 now and losing 6 more before Memorial Day weekend

On the scale this morning after 3 months of avoiding it and tipped at 197.2 ugh.....
