Still working on a little roller coaster in my life, but working hard to get where I need to be.

lost 4 more lbs! now I'm only 4 lbs away from my August goal (to get below 300)

Last two weeks 0.8 and 0.4 lbs - I was despondent despite the fact that I had lost inches all round. This week is much better. 3.9 lbs down.
I realized the previous two weigh ins had been after: A 2 hour flight A 10 km race - apparently you retain water for both of the above. In any event, I am happy that I stuck to my plan, normally I would have self sabotaged myself with such a small loss last week. But I kept reminind myself - persistence and consistency! Yay me! |
I'm restarting my diet regime. Had a major setback for the last couple of months and now am back to my starting point.
Today's weight: 165 Going grocery shopping this weekend so that my kitchen is stocked with the right foods. Looking forward to getting this weight firmly under control! |
