Weigh In this morning was Ahmazing!! 285.8 is the good word this morning... Lost 3.6 pounds this week bringing my toatal to -174.2. That leaves 35.8 pounds to reach my first major goal!!

Friday Morning Weigh-In!! I will say I was a little nervous weighing in after my first week on this new plan. :dizzy: But, up I climbed and the scale smiled at me and said.......... 332 lbs!!!!! so....that means: SW 339 CW 332 7lbs lost this week!!!! WOOHOO for me!!! :carrot: GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!! :hug: |

Hey All!!! :congrat: Congrats on all of your losses this week....big and small :hug: Now it is time to buckle down and get ready for this Friday's weigh in. :p I need to really crack down on drinking my water. I really slowed down this weekend at home but i will pick it up when I am back at work.

Congratulations to all who have lost. I will weigh in this PM and post weight. This week I plan to get in more workouts and really push hard. I want to get to onderland soon so bad. Working out has always been hard for me so hopefully I can find something that I enjoy because I haven't done anything lately. Walking is really all I have done on my journey and I know I need to incorporate something else maybe I'll try some strength training.
I'm going on vacation in September and I want to be HOTT!!! |
