I was so scared to attend the session with my best friend, but I DID IT. Not only did I do it and complete it, but I did AWESOME on the jogging portion and beat others SEVERAL pounds less then me What an inspiring workout. I had tears in my eyes at one point because I was just so proud of everyone there pushing through the pain and celebrating team work.
I was scared too, but you know what I find? I find that people are inspired by overweight indiviuals who are DOING SOMETHING to get healthy. I have had so many people come up to me and tell me that they are proud of my weight loss. Even at the gym! And if they laugh, crack jokes behind my back, etc etc WHO CARES! I am the one bettering my life and headed on the right path. WE CAN DO THIS! Dont let others make you hide! You are awesome and trying to improve yourself.
