Hello there...

50) Wash your mouth out with mouth wash after you are done eating
51) Don’t set the bar to high tot lose weight
52) Slow and stead is the way to lose

The show can be very interesting on some of the subjects they have but the guest that they have are usually only in the Calorfonia area which I do not think it is fair. I sent a question to the plastic surgeon about my face cuz i was in a serious accident 28 years ago and never got an answer. Which is sad cuz he stated he can do just about anything now a days with plastic surgery. But other than that it is a good show. I have not watched in a while but I might pick it back up again.

The chopsticks one always cracks me up because obviously they haven't seen me eat with chopsticks!!!

When we do eat with chopsticks, I do have to consciously put the chopsticks down between bites.
