I got down to about 177.8 last week....then things got super busy....and I just lost track of everything. Ate horribly from Wednesday up until yesterday (fast food way, way too much....I gave into the call of the Taco Bell and Sonic cheeses burgers....*sigh)....I didn't even exercise. *sigh* Oh well....onward I go to take on another week. I WILL do better this week. :) I hope everyone has a wonderful day, and good luck this week!! :) |
