ugh...tom should be here Mondayish for me, just in time to ruin my weigh in!
Yesterday I got 159.something and today 159.4!! Had another good day though, with both eating and decent with exercise

Anyway, Im VERY excited about this loss. I started the beginning of May at 158, I hit the gym 5 days a week and made moderately better eating choices especially as the time went on, but I instantly gained up to 166 as soon as I started working out, at the beginning of the week, I was at 161.2, and now FINALLY out of the 160's. Even though my weight went UP, I still lost tons of inches and a size!!!

If you don't weigh in for 2 weeks in a row, I will assume that you weren't a fan of the challenge and will take your name off the roster. That leftover team member (if you were paired up) can choose to partner up with someone, or go it alone.

252.4 today. I am swollen and I really have not taken control of how I ate this week. I am usually careful but I did not measure of count points I just ate. Now that my boys birthday is over maybe I can get back to normal. I also started a exercise routine today.

I know a 2 pound loss is perfect, but I'm a little disappointed. I think it's because last week Monday I weighed in at 171 and by Wednesday I was down to 169 and it hasn't budged since then. I also splurged more than I should have over the weekend.

So, this weekend was my birthday and I was out of town. I don't think I made horrible choices but the scale was not nice this morning. I think TOM must be around the corner.

OK, back in the game! In my head I know it is water weight, but just want to throw the scale out the window.

Dang it I let my emotions get the best of me! PMS came along on Thrusday(a whole week earlier) and I gave in to the cravings. BUT on a positive note, I did keep up with all my workouts. So one half of the puzzle was good, the other not so much. But cravings are backing off so I'm looking for a good number next week.

I was actually yelling @ Jillian as I was doing the dvd's. I actually said "Oh Shut UP Jillian" and "Bite Me Jill!". LOL!

I'm thinking between the two of us we try to lose the most weight out of the teams. However I seem to be doing crappy this month. I have not changed anything even though I'm told I should to shock my body into losing again. Well I am trying to calorie cycle, I was a tad off this weekend, but my weekdays are usually much better with the exception of last week and my TOM <--- it's over yay

Yeah, you're right. She posted what she weighed on that particular day. Her very lowest. We all know those wonderful days that the scale shows that magical number and then the next day back to reality.

Peaches it's all good that was just a preview, your hard work will pay off!
