I wasn't sure either about the weight.

Don't worry about it!! The only things we can control is what we choose to eat and exercise the majority of the time. It's hard not to get frustrated with the scale. You had a little off day, it's no biggie in the grand scheme of things, and I know you didn't gain a pound overnight. It's that darn TOM :) I hope you feel better :hug:

I changed my ticker just this morning. I'm eating more whole foods, so I figured seeing that ticker would remind me every day not to eat processed junk! :)

Pinkflower, I changed my ticker last week back up to 178 it was at 176. I however will not take it off 178. ;) I will kick my own behind before I do that :D. I have stayed on point with my eating and I am exercising. Yesterday was just a really weird day with everything. I kept wanting to eat (unusual), I wore the Aspire toning shoes that DH bought me in June that I haven't worn since June (unusual). I stopped wearing them because my back would hurt like crazy later in the day and the next day after wearing them. One of my walking buddies said I just need to get use to them, but I can't seem to. They slow me down, my walk isn't as brisk so I don't like them. Amanda do you want us to move this conversation, Pinkflower let me know if I am getting on your nerves with my whining, TOM is really getting to me :(

A three day family reunion where I wasn't in control of how foods were prepared or what there was to choose from, I'll take a .2 loss, at least it was still down. I even chose to have desert a couple of times.

Congratulations everyone! We made it through one whole month of our Biggest Loser Challenge!!! I love good stats - so to appeal to my inner geek, here's how we did.

Total loss for week 4 - 24.3 pounds!

Total loss so far - 114.6 pounds!!

You are all working VERY HARD! Keep it up. If you have hit a little snag - just get up and do better the next day! I have had months *JUNE* that were a total wash...ya just hafta write it off and keep going.

Andrea, Thanks. I didn't want to take Pinkflower down. But on the plus side my scale said 177.4 this morning so I AM HAPPY. TOM is leaving soon I hope and I am busy at church this week so no chance of eating after 5:30. So things are looking up, YAY.

Wow I didn't even pay attention to this (the change from last week to this week).

But I did notice this while on fatsecret yesterday. ---->Ladies as of yesterday, not today I was exactly 20 lbs down from my start date I haven't changed my ticker yet because tomorrow is my actual weigh in day so if I am at 175.4 or less tomorrow, I will change my ticker and my avatar :) Have a wonderful day/week.

Jenn - can you just report your most current weight? Like Saturdays or Sundays number? I don't expect everyones actual weigh in day to BE Monday - just thought it would be easier if we all reported it on Monday.

No problem! I will just carry over the numbers from last week...I don't remove people unless they haven't weighed in for 2 weeks in a row, then I message them, THEN if I don't hear back I take them off. :hug:

Week 5 Results!
 
Here are the results for last week!

We worked hard and together lost another 29.2 pounds!

In 5 short weeks, we have lost a total of 138.2 pounds!!

Our average weight started out at 213.8 and now our average is 206.0! Little Miss Average has lost 7.6lbs in 5 weeks - Not to Shabby!!
