Who has them? Whats surprised you the most after you got yours? How big of an eye opener was it for you?

I got mine yesterday.

I'm shocked to find out on a night I "thought" I slept straight through I woke up 8 times. No wonder I'm so tired all the time. The longest I slept straight through was 3 hours.

I found out when I sit on the couch I only burn 1.1 calories a minute. When I sit on my exercise ball and bounce it was 1.6 a minute. What a BIG difference. Heck just standing still burns way more calories than sitting. I also found up if I run upstairs every time I have to potty I'll burn and extra 50-100 calories a day. I also found out this is going to get addictive REALLY quick!

I started using my GoWear Fit on 3/17. I assumed that I was burning hardly any calories. I was surprised that I burn over 3500 a day. I expected that I took less than 5000 steps each day. Wrong again -- more like 12,000. I thought my diet was pretty healthy. Nope - Too many carbs & fat, not enough protein and high levels of sodium and caffeine. Plus - like you -- my sleep quality is crummy - between 5 and 5.5 hours a night with Sleep efficiency in the low 70's. I've focused on improving my diet (both in quality and quantity). I'll focus on the sleep issues once I feel I have my diet under control. So far I've lost 17 pounds - the best I've done in years. I have my fingers crossed that I can continue this trend.

I am such a BB/ GWF fan. I got my GWF in April, and have lost the most weight EVER!! (Every time I start a diet, I lose 2-3 lbs and give up- this time I've lost 11 lbs).

Yes- love love love it, so motivating, when I started wearing it I learned I eat 2500 cals a day and was starving all the time. Now I eat 1800/ day without being hungry and even indulging in treats. I have never been so motivated to work out in my life!! Haha I always post about my GWF I hope people don't think I'm an undercover employee!!

Is it accurate in recording spin classes? How does the sleep part work?

Dunno about the spin class thing. I'd think it would be seeing as it factors alot of different data , like heart rate, temperature, and other factors. And it logs when you lay down vs when you are actually asleep. This is what the sleep tracker looks like.

I waaaaaaaant one! It's my birthday on Sunday; maybe this'll be my present to myself :P
Right now I track my walking via "runkeeper"; an app for my Droid phone. It'd be interesting to see how accurate each is.

To answer your accuracy question. This week I had a 7221 calorie deficit and lost 2.2 pounds. I'd say that is pretty accurate
