I am FINALLY in Onederland... so I thought whats my next "Big One"? Its just being 'overweight'. So I pull up a BMI calculator and go to town, plugging in numbers until I see the lucky number.

I feel like 199 is a HUGE goal that is SO far away for me. I haven't been below 200 since college. SO, My next tiny goal is to get below 210... then I can focus on 199. I do feel like I work SO hard for every single little ounce lost. But it will be worth it in the end...
I like to jog. I oftern try to do four miles (takes me about an hour). And I find that the first two miles can often be rough... but then, it is like I hit a groove and the second two miles are almost easy (ALMOST!). I am hoping weight loss will be like that... like the first part is a bit tough, but then once you get some momentum going, once you fall into a pattern, once you learn that you don't have to eat the brownie now b/c there will always be brownies for later... I think then it will get a bit easier.
