Still at 199... decided to do a 10 day fitness challenge to amp up my loss... I need to put a few more pounds between me and 200 before I will be comfortable.

yesterday i weighed myself after a week... i was under 190 for the first time in a month or so! at about 188 before dinner and 189 after...

Hey ladies...and gents?...I can't believe I'm here but the scales aren't lying. I've reached a new all time high and finally kicked myself into gear. It's frustrating since this isn't my first time jumping onto this wagon, but it will be my last. Last year I got stuck just above 150 all summer and then started school again and completely lost control.
Hopefully some of you know how that feels...like watching a heavy boulder you've just rolled up a mountain roll down the other side, faster than you could ever catch up to it! This time my sister is on board too though, and I'm hoping we can all help each other too :) |
Well, I'm still hanging around. I was hoping to be out of the 190's by now, but still have 2.5 lbs to go. Just got back from vacation, and was very surprised that I didn't gain :-D Hope everyone has a good week!

I'm still here! I went to Bermuda for a week and ate meals cooked by my professional chef brother and had brie and crackers every day for appetizers. I'm about two pounds up and back on track!
I have a wedding in just under a month and a bridesmaid dress that is *this* close to fitting. MUST POWER THROUGH!!! |
Well this morning the scale said 191.5!! I am so excited!! So close to 189, I can feel it. I started a running program on Sunday, and wouldn't you know it has rained for the last 2 days, and I haven't be able to run!! I'm not letting it get me down though!

Babyboop - I can feel you on the running front! It's been raining here as well. Even more though, I hurt my back a couple of months ago and am just about ready to run again, but have gotten completely out of shape while waiting. Boo.
Rebound - stay strong! One thing I find hard is getting back on track after a slip in eating, even if you let yourself just for a vacation. A bridesmaid dress is great motivation :) I'm down a bit but still in the 190's. Excited for the day when I can't say that anymore! |
Slow and steady! I'm hanging on to the 190's, but just barely. One pound to go!! I can't remember the last time the scale said 189!!

I'm still here too and very, very frustrated. I'm just hoping I'm at a plateau and my body is getting ready to really shed some weight. I've amped up my exercise and I'm carefully counting Points, so it's gotta happen eventually.
