Default ummmm...not good

Between my daughter getting sick, son getting an ear infection, and now me feeling a little sickies, I have not worked out since Sunday morning. I could have gone today but decided to get Chipotle instead. Ugh!!!!

I guess taking a week off isn't too bad considering I have been actively working out pretty much every day since probably October. Luckily I have still be monitoring my diet (except for me Chipotle today) so no weight gain this week...

I see that you're a runner. Distance running is a tremendous strain on the body - especially for us "heavier" runners. I've seen a recommendation by other runners to take a week off of running every 3 or 4 months. You will be surprised at how you performance improves after that week off (so long as you stay away from Chipotle!)
