Biggest Loser Challenge II: The Sequel

    Since most of us have really enjoyed being on the biggest loser challenge from the beginning of the year until now, there's been an unofficial decision to keep it going for another 12 weeks.

    Please let me know if you're interested for this next round. Pixie's going to finish this round out, then I'll be the record keeper for the coming 12 weeks (from 5 April until 28 June). Your last weigh in on week 12 (this week) will be the starting weight for the next 12 weeks.

    As far as partners, we've got a few options: stay with the same partners, change partners or keep on truckin' as individuals. Get together with your partner and discuss it.

  • I'm going to sit this out. During my recent time out, I decided that focusing on my composition is a better measure for me. When I was working out in a gym about a year and half ago, I was about the same weight, but my clothes fit soooo much different. I had more muscle and was leaner. I didn't lose wieght from day one till the day I had to give it up. I want that muscle back. The only way I'm going to do that, is to use my Omron Fat Loss monitor as my measure not the scale. I can adapt what I did then at the gym to home.

    I would like to join if possible ..... I've stalled as far as weight loss goes and need to get back on track as soon as possible!

    I've been keeping up the exercise but planning and food have been woeful. I'm hoping the upcoming school holidays will help me reassess and get honest with myself with food intake!

    If it's okay with all of you I'd love to join your group and also this challenge. Can you all give me some info on how this works? Would love to hear about how it works in general and also how it works for partners?

    So for you people looking for a potenital partner...here's an overview on me! I am 28 and after having twins I gained a bunch of weight. I am currently at about 151.2 lbs. The first week I lost 4.2 lbs. and the second week about 1.6 or so. Anyways, last week was pretty horrible for me as I tried to work with a personal trainer and my diet got completely screwed up! AAARRRRGGGG!!! Anyways next week I will am expecting to loose more. Especially since I have a great workout schedule now too!

    So anyways, I guess this ended up being an introduction to myself and asking to join the BL all in one thread!

    LOL! I'm kind of a behind the scenes player. I'm glad to start a new challenge because I'll be more vocal if I'm in from the start. I felt awkward coming in so late before.

    Kuchick, I think you and I may be great partners because we're pretty similar in our losing patterns.

    I'm a really hard worker!!! Just a really slow loser to boot. We should do a biggest inches lost competition. (Just kidding. )

    There will be a thread posted where we weigh in - titled something like 'April Biggest Loser Weigh In' or something similar.

    We weigh in on Mondays, posting last weeks weight/ loss / this weeks weight:
    189 / -2 / 187 for example.

    If you have a partner, you PM each other your stats and decide who will post them for the team.

    Mollz will keep track of the totals. We went for 12 weeks last time, I think that's the plan this time around as well.
