I knew it!! I've been completely off for a month now (before that I'd sneak and use up all my calories for fast food breakfast) and it's just been within the last two weeks that I've stopped thinking about it!! I need to remember this so I'm not tempted to go back and have 'just one breakfast...'

I saw that on the news last night. I can totally agree with this one. If I eat some junk, then I crave more junk even if I am not hungry. If I can stay away for it for a week then I don't crave it as much. No more junk for me, I am going cold turkery!

So true... whenever I've been really good for a while, I STILL treat myself to a lunch or dinner out.... and I find myself looking forward to it... no aching for it almost 2 days prior! Add to that afterwards I always feel sick...? Yeah, definitely like drugs.
