Orthodiva, if you're keen, PM me and I'll put one together for you. I've put together my own programmes and if I need my trainer to do it, I'll stick my 2 cents in there so I get the workout that I want.
The strength training one I'm on now is four to five days a week with 2 days of strength and 2-3 days of cardio. I've done 3, 4 and 5 day programs too. |
