Question Benefiber question, weighing meat/fish question

I have two questions

First one: The benefiber jar says 3 times a day, but even though I am tracking every thing I eat I am still too low on fiber between it and food. Should I add another dose of benefiber?

Second one: When the serving size says 8 ounces of fish, is that when it's frozen? raw (and thawed)? cooked? Frozen it's 12, thawed I don't know what it was, cooked it was almost 7 ounces. Same with meat too, I am unsure how to weigh if it's frozen, thawed and raw, cooked.

I wouldn't add the fiber unless you "need" the fiber. It's better to get it naturally. Of course that's just my opinion that isn't worth two cents sometimes. lol

Secondly I count it how I am going to eat it which is cooked. Just be sure you do the same thing every time.

What plan are you doing?

Thank you Yah I am finding I am too low on fiber on some days. I'm on Curves phase 1 today and yesterday, then back to metabolic tuneup days. It's just during the phase 1 days that I find I am really low on fiber. Just getting back to my "low weight" then I do the metabolic again.

Thank you for the help! I will keep doing the measurement the same, we've been measuring after cooked but the other day we weighed the chicken then was shocked that it lost about 4 ounces out of the whole batch. Same with fish, it sure loses a lot too.

It's hard to know how much frozen chicken to toss in the pan hehe
