Hungry. I'm Hungry.

  • I'm hungry. I have 13 animal crackers (100 calories) and a cup of hot green tea waiting for me....but man, I'm hungry. I want a cheeseburger. And fries dipped in Ranch.
    No I don't! NO I DON'T!

  • Why not have fruit. it'll do a better job of filling you up than those animal crackers.
  • Animal crackers - blech. How about something with protein and a little fat to make you feel full? The old stereotypical "diet" food of cottage cheese works for me - throw on a few nuts or fresh fruit to go with your eating plan.
  • Had fruit already, don't like cottage cheese. I just needed to vent
  • I feel ya. I'm hungry too. Usually at three and then it passes. I love Animal Crackers !! Just 50 of 'em at a time, lol.

  • sounds like you might be craving more substance...prob protien especially (and addicting fats but shhhh!!) I get that too, some fish might help if you like it, or chicken...
  • Why not add a few nuts to your snack? The protein and fat will help you feel more satisfied.
  • Getting so hungry that you are craving fast food is dangerous girl! I've bit that bullet many times in the past. Get yourself something to eat way before you get to that point and you will thank yourself

    On another note, cut up a potato and bake some fries, use light or fat free ranch and you should come in under 150 calories
  • I get like that sometimes. So when I walk home from work late at night I imagine just eating.....EVERYTHING. Then for some reason, by the time I get home I feel like I've cheated....just in my mind. And then I feel a bit better. lol.
