  • I got the date right this time.

    I'm feeling almost back to normal so I decided to start back at the gym but just take it kind of easy for a few more days. I did so-so on my eating over the weekend cuz I had a dinner party both friday and saturday night. I definately didn't do as bad as I could have but still drank too much wine.

    MONDAY

    EXERCISE:
    30 min elliptical (2.6 miles)
    30 min treadmill (1.4 miles)
    10 min abs & stretches

    BREAKFAST:
    granola bar -3
    banana -2
    yogurt -2
    24 oz water

    LUNCH:
    turkey sandwich -4
    cup of soup -2
    apple -1
    diet coke -0

    DINNER:
    baked chicken breast -3
    potatoes -4
    carrots -1
    squash -2
    wine cooler -3

    eng muffin w/honey -3

    turkey sandwich -4

    24 oz water

    * I know this is dated for last week, but I figured I would post here until a new thread is started (who am I kidding? When is the last time I posted for more than 1 day???)

    Rabbit: Lol - I am really going to try - right know have to go drink 64 oz of h2o and eat 5 f/v -- at least I am low on points!

  • Hi guys! I got lonely in here. I felt like I was talking to myself and I'm just not as entertaining as the two of you are. I'm still hitting the gym and trying to eat right (but no doing so great).

    I'll start posting daily on Monday if you guys will join me.
