
I'm feeling almost back to normal so I decided to start back at the gym but just take it kind of easy for a few more days. I did so-so on my eating over the weekend cuz I had a dinner party both friday and saturday night. I definately didn't do as bad as I could have but still drank too much wine.
MONDAY
EXERCISE:
30 min elliptical (2.6 miles)
30 min treadmill (1.4 miles)
10 min abs & stretches
BREAKFAST:
granola bar -3
banana -2
yogurt -2
24 oz water
LUNCH:
turkey sandwich -4
cup of soup -2

DINNER:
baked chicken breast -3
potatoes -4
carrots -1
squash -2

I'm back.

I felt like I was talking to myself and I'm just not as entertaining as the two of you are. I'm still hitting the gym and trying to eat right (but no doing so great).
