I've lost all motivation. I'm trying to turn it around though. Next Tuesday I have a meeting with the gym supervisor to figure out how to get going on a new plan (I haven't even been going to the gym). I'm not depressed -- just tired of the routine. I haven't lost anything in several months and I can't seem to get focused lately. Hopefully next week I'll find myself back on the right track.
(ps - I'll be gone all of next week).
