I'm not on South Beach (I like meat WAY too much and they don't look like they have enough for me!), but congrats on the 9 pounds! You'll find heaps of support here and over on the South Beach forum... I think someone's already given you a link for it.

I think you can make the ticker, but can't stick it in your signature until the 20 days/20 posts are up. I remember when mine showed up, it was a pretty magical thing to have a ticker that showed my weight loss to everyone- knowing my faults and booboos along the way to the end of the road- so I wasn't the only one to be looking at my numbers on the scale and seeing them go down.
