I like your bleaching tray plan. I've been trying to brush my teeth after dinner so that I'm not tempted to eat and snack later in the evening and it's been working really well. I tend to brush them again right before bed now, too, so I'm getting an extra brushing in! (It just feels weird to mot brush right before bed...)

Sounds like you've got a good plan. One day at a time!

Sounds like a good plan of action Anne Marie.

Let's keep this motivation going. Who else is up for a challenge?

I am going to stop sleeping in and try to get in a morning walk a few days a week (building up to 5 days a week).

You go girl, eat six small meals a day like a light breakfast then two hours later have a piece of fruit and some cheese, then a light lunch , then a light snack of some nuts and yogurt and then a light dinner, and then a snack of some 100 cal pudding or something , that is what I do and I have lost nine pounds already plus i drink more than 64 ounces of water.
