Well, as far as the weight you
should be..that would depend on your height. Since you know your BMI, you should probably be around 18.5-24.9. There are tons of low cal recipes on here and on the web in general. Just find some that are your style of cooking and with ingredients you like. Also, are you incorporating exercise? I am a bit obsessive and work out every day. It is good to at least get 30 mins of exercise 3 to 4 times a week.
