Hello everyone, I decided to change my lifestyle and I want to be healthy. I thought that this would be a great place to get advice and support. A little about myself, I am 30 yrs old. I want to lose 20 pounds. I do need to lose more but I figure I would start small. Good idea, right? This is all new to me. Well I cant wait to here from you all. We usually post on the thread entitled "Week of (what ever that Sunday's date is)" Who ever checks in first tomorrow morning will start the new thread, "Week of April 28th". that is where we all check in to give each other support and encouragement (and a little chit chat along the way!) I do hope you join us; talking to others who are going through the same sort of life change is very helpful! I know it has been for me.
