Default Day 1 - the begining ... AGAIN!!

Hello everyone,
I have stopping by the site a few times the past few years. Just like what I do with doing something about my weight. I am starting again today. Well starting watching what I have been eating since the begining of the week. I have done pretty good. But today I will have my orientation with my personal trainer. I am scared because they will be taking my weigh and measurements and seeing where my phsyical level is. Not very good I might add. I use to have a personal trainer years ago. And I have gained probally 80-90 pounds since the last time I did have one.

But I realized I need to do something for me. I need to get better, to feel better about me. The next few months are going to be hard. I will be starting school full time again, mean while working full time and having to travel some because of it. On top of the working out and watching what I am eating. I am trying to get organized and start making a weekly meal planner. Just trying to start and get the hang of everything is a little trying and boring. But I am sure once I get the hang of it I will be fine.

The challenge is also trying to keep my fiance involved and understanding enough to know why I am not spending as much time at home. And have him support my weight loss goals.

I am also going to school full time, working full time, and trying to watch what I eat and excercise. I also have 4 kids! It is HARD! But once you see the pounds go down it is worth it. Good luck in everything, and here's hoping you make your goals! Remember, slow and steady wins the race!!
