Just a quick note as my folks are here...Lauren, I wanted to get you my miles. I am at 16 for the week. Thanks for compiling it. Have a great weekend everyone.

Chelavon, try drinking flavored water. There are some really good ones out there. Or those protien drinks ~ they replenish and give nutrients.

I called my friend and she went back to her moms and didn't want to go out. I understand, but her mom is not the best person for her to be around. (I am not a big fan of the woman, and she's not a big fan of me.) So that part of the day was bust. However mom and I went to KMart and Meijer (local box store) to shop. I bought some tucker tubs, a laundry basket, and Turbo Tax. I like to have my income tax done asap.

Lauren, I think I did between 3 - 5 miles, so put down 4 for me. I am not counting my normal job duties ~ since that is pretty much standard so everything I give you is additional.

Thanks for the well wishes ladies. Personally I won't know officially til later this coming week, but I am confident that I am going to get the job.

Sounds like everyone had a good day! I had a great relaxing day! I did use my bender ball for 15 minutes. It really works your abs. Then I did a 1 mile super challenge walk for the abs. So my abs were worked today. After getting ready for the day, I took my sdd to Urgent Care for a spot she had on her side. They said it was a bruise caused by skin irration. So then it was off to Wal-mart to exchange her Christmas present. It stopped working on her. So she got an I-pod shuffle and a home speaker dock for it. Came home to a home-cooked meal of roast, carrots, potatoes and peas. Yummy! I did the dishes and then we went over to my mil's to visit. The kids are spending the night with her, so hubby and I are going to curl up on the couch and watch some tv. So it has been a much better Saturday for me than last Saturday.

Diane, glad that your little friend is doing so well. That must have been very scary! Hope you had a nice time celebrating with him and his family.

Holli did you ever go and get your ricotta cheese? That sounds yummy. I think I will have to try that for a snack or dessert some time with my stepkids or my kids are school. They love to cook things.
Jasmine did you enjoy your time with your mom today? Don't you love long weekends? I did bring some work home though if I feel like working on it for an hour or two tomorrow or on Monday.

Lisa sorry that your day didn't turn out the way you wanted it too! I know you want to be there for your friend when she is hurting so much. Hope you get to see her soon and spend some time with her. Glad you got to go shopping and get your turbo tax. I am still waiting on my W-2 from work, my Avon tax paper and entituity tax paper. Then we can go get our taxes done. Well, I'm heading to bed. Late as usual! I don't know when I will find a way to go to bed early! We ended up having a fairly busy day afterall. Had some friends invite us over so the kids could have a wii party. That was interesting :-)

Trish - I'll have to try the Jimmy Deans next week. I'm excited to see how they taste! I remember my son use to act out the movies he watched. If it was Pirates he was a Pirate for a few days, race cars - he was a race car driver for a few days. It was cute. I guess he's kinda outgrown it. I think I miss it!

Tam - Welcome back!

Chela - I battle water constantly. I did buy some of the little pouches of flavor. However, I've been putting it off until I get a bottle - horrible excuse!

Kerry - I've been looking into Avon. I'd love to hear more about it off the board if you have a few spare minutes :-)

so, the house is straight (or as straight as it's gonna get tonight!) I have an appointment with Jillian Michaels first thing in the morning (the DVD of course!) So I had better get to bed. Now if I can stamp out the munchies that I've had for the last few days I'll be doing great!

Save me somebody!!!!! :thrashing about in the blue lagoon turbulent waters mate: the blue moon came today :carrot: yes that's right....James is actually spending time with me instead of playing Battlefield :and the crowd cheers rahhhh rahhhh rahhhhhhh: So THAT is where I have been...okay and I had to do some work today ughhh. and I went Krogering. That was fun. got some wheat thins and pico yippee. and some Weight Watchers cookies and cream popsicles too :don't look at me like that, it's healthy :D:D:D : Okay I was craving. But it's allowed. :) And I had to get new contacts cause my right one got sorta...ripped by my fingernail EEK! so anyways, James and I are watching a movie while he eats his din din :yes eating din din at 12:27am, but its healthy food so that's a start for him right???: I have been a very good girl today, I had my din din about 5 hours ago, and I am still stuffed. Well that's probably cause I kinda overdid the metamucil. Things are gonna be mighty lively come tomorrow am heh heh heh. Ah well that will compensate for the weight plateau LOL. Man I wish Aunt Flow would grow a pair and show up already. This is getting really old. :P Okay movie is starting, I love you all girlie girls and I promise I will give everyone a proper HALLO tomorrow :D Nighty night!!!

Kerry - I've hear dof Wellston, but I don't think I've ever been there. I go to Waverly and Pike County to walk 5Ks when I get info on them. I'll be running my first 5K in Waverly this year. :) The malls in Ashland are kinda average. People from Ashland always go to Huntington, WV to shop. Their mall's much better. The Ashland mall is small but I guess if you don't have much where you are it would be worth the drive. I don't go there very often. I'm not much of a shopper. lol

Lauren - I am so sorry I forgot to report my miles! I was at 12 for the week. If it's too late to update, no worries. :)

Dawn - My six-year-old and I went to the concert and it was GREAT! They were actually better than they were before, despite having been out of the game for a while. My son made a new friend and I reconnected with about ten people from 'back in the day.' So it was really fun. And LOUD! WOOHOO!

Kegan is still pretty sick but it's just his allergies. DH says he did fine last night. I am thinking we're going to be making a trip to the doctor tomorrow. :p

Hope everyone's having a good weekend. I'll try to catch up with everyone later. Gotta go make breakfast for the fellas here.

Ekstaikia, you really aren't missing much if you came to Wellston. So when are you running in the 5k in Waverly? Thanks for the info. on the mall. He hasn't felt good here for a while has he?

Good morning all!!

Me & the kiddos watched only the first HSM last night...Cadence has a problem sitting for a whole movie. She kept saying,"when is this gonna be over??". BUT..Frankie loved it!! haha!! I promised not to tell anyone...oops guess I blew that, huh?? I thinkwe're gonna try to watch the 2nd one today. I do recommend the 1st one,though, it was very clean, and had a good message.

Kerry, so nice that you had a good night with no kids...sounded like you guys needed it :)

Megan, isn't it great when you reconnect with old friends?? Glad that your son made a friend too!! Our allergies are starting to kick up here as well. Gotta get everyone back on their meds, I guess.

Lisa, sorry you didn't get together with your friend, but at least you & mom had a good day. I got my Turbotax last week, just waiting for all my 1099s to come in from the banks, etc. Gonna add up all hubby's receipts today, got a HUGE calculator from the $ store yesterday :)

Holli...you are on funny girl!! What movie did you guys watch?? I can never stay up that late...I was passed out in bed by 10pm (man, 15 years ago I would hae just been getting to the club at that time, lol).

I know, I know, I feel like I'm MIA! I'm sorry. :( Yeah, my new boss is very demanding and seems like she's always looking over my shoulder. She also doesn't tolerate slackers. She does respect my lunch hour though. :) So I try to hop on quickly in the AM and off and on during the day, but I don't always get to post.

Oh, btw, mom is still in the hospital. They did a CT Scan on her leg yesterday, to make sure she doesn't have an abcess in there anywhere because it was feeling tender. No results yet. She's feeling OK though. Thanks for asking everyone!

Pam, congrats on your loss!!! Btw, havent seen HSM, but I am sure DS would love it too, if it makes your little guy feel better. For those of you doing WW, there is a Southwestern Vegetable Soup, from Progresso. Very yummy. 60 cals and 0 points!!!!

Why did you guys have to mention taxes? Uh, makes my body cringe. I guess I should get started early and get them over with though.

My BIL is flying in Friday, just for 2 days....But I still need to get alot of stuff done in the house. So, I'll be working on that today.
