to you. There are several ladies on this board that can relate to your situation with your child. You are more than welcome to join us on our daily chat thread.
I think the first step is to write down everything that you eat. Then evaluate why you ate that, and if you needed it. I know that I am a stress eater, with my vice being carbs. It might also be good if you could look into bringing someone else in to help in your home. This way you could get out of the house ~ and away from food, and stress.
