I use to be on here many moons ago when I was trying to lose weight. Well I lost nearly 3 stone then. Now I have put it all back on plus some extra pounds. I am now on the losing streak. I am unwell at the moment and haven't the energy for exercise. As soon as I am back on my feet the exercising will commence. So far I have lost over half a stone which is good for me in 6 wks. All I have done at the moment is cut done on portion size and goodies.
Congrats! The stone/pound thing threw me for a moment (Thanks for the weight tracker!) but it looks like you're doing great! Welcome!

Congratulations on your progress so far. I hope you'll forgive me for asking but why do you think the weight you lost came back? I'm interested as I'm coming towards the end of my weightloss and looking for tips/signals/things to avoid.
