Hey all, hope I'm posting in the right area as I just have 100 lbs to lose (didn't know if you have to be more than 100 lbs).
Did I just say JUST 100 lbs? lol.
Anyways! FINALLY! Today- after MONTHS of gaining and losing the same 3-4 lbs (from 212-215 for ages) I have gone down to 211! I know it's only one more pound- but it's a number I haven't really seen since I don't know how long! My doctor recommended South Beach due to my PCOS and officially I started Sunday but before my book came I followed it loosely on my own cutting carbs anywhere I saw I could- the book is a great help I'm glad I got it.
