Are you working out a lot? If so, though I know it's hard and I haven't been able to accomplish this myself so I'm not one to talk
get rid of the scale. If you measure your success by the scale, like so many of us do, it will be hard to stay on track if you are working out and losing slow. Go by your clothes and the tape measure. I have lost "only" 6 pounds in the past 5 weeks yet I've lost 2" off my hips and 2" off my waist and clothes are definitely looser. And if I ate a big meal tonight I'd probably "gain" 4 of those 6 pounds back on the scale tomorrow but I doubt the tape measure would show any change at all
So while it's hard, consider limiting yourself to 1 time on the scale per week, or every two weeks, or whatever you can manage.
Now if I could only follow my own advice LOL
