3 weeks goal and 3 day mini goal --- 8/31
I need a place to record my goals because the last weeks have shown that I don't do anything to get to my goals if they just stay in my head. I really need some public accountability. I think goals for kinda short times will work better for me that goals that take until Christmas to make, at least right now. So every 3 weeks, I am going to set a goal for myself and every 3 days I will set a minigoal. This thread is for the first 3 weeks.
If this sounds like something that might help you, please feel free to post on here, too. Maybe we can help each other meet our big goals, 3 weeks at a time!
So, my 3 week goal starting 8/31/09 is to lose 5 pounds. That is more than 1 pound a week but less than 2, so it doesn't sound totally impossilbe.
My minigoal for the next 3 days is to eat perfectly on plan. Right now that means eating only foods on my good food list and eating 1800 calories or less. I got that number from the calorie calculator at the daily plate for losing 1.5 pounds a week.
